PeaceWorks on Campus Program
Tomorrow’s policymakers are on college campuses today – and too often, they’re shaped by rhetoric rather than results.
Launched in 2024, PeaceWorks on Campus (PWoC) brings Israeli and Palestinian civic leaders directly to universities and equips future diplomats, policymakers, and global leaders with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented understanding of Israel and Palestine. The program prioritizes students pursuing careers in foreign policy, political science, and international affairs – particularly those headed to Capitol Hill, the foreign service, and public service leadership roles.
Through its student-led Emerging Leaders Council, PWoC connects campus leaders with experienced practitioners through university programs, cross-campus forums, and convenings in Washington, D.C. Participants gain mentorship, policy training, and professional development designed to prepare them to navigate complexity and lead responsibly in public service.
In just two years, the program has expanded from 20 campuses and 900 students to 48 campuses and more than 3,200 students engaged nationwide. What began as a speaking initiative has evolved into a national leadership pipeline – building a durable network of pragmatic, solutions-driven leaders prepared to shape U.S. and global policy.
Are you an administrator, faculty member, or student interested in bringing PWoC to your campus? Let’s connect.
